Even two GeForce RTX 3090s in SLI ca n’t catch up with one RTX 4090
As we set up out history GeForce RTX 4090 is 65 faster than RTX 3090 on average, which, on the one hand, is a veritably, veritably large increase, and on the other hand, much lower than Nvidia itself promised. But can the GeForce RTX 4090 handle two RTX 3090s?
Recall that once Nvidia flagships can be combined into SLI packets of two cards, while the GeForce RTX 4090 doesn't have such an occasion.
But as you can see, even two RTX 3090s aren't suitable to beat one RTX 4090. In utmost of the test games, the results are veritably near, although the novelty is still ahead. But in the same Cyberpunk 2077, the difference is about 40%, which is supposedly due to poor SLI optimization in this game.
So buying two RTX 3090s now rather of one RTX 4090 would be a bad idea. originally, the novelty is briskly, and secondly, one RTX 4090 consumes lower power than one RTX 3090. Also, don't forget about the new technology DLSS 3which is supported only by new generation cards.
