Primary teachers / teaching assistants who want to make internal transfers will have to fill in the required details on the suggested website and submit online application, print out the confirmed application and get the signature-coin of the school headmaster in the copy. Then the required supporting evidence has to be submitted to the concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt.
4. The concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer should verify the required supporting evidence and give access to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational Assistant regarding the receipt of the application. All the applications have to be sent in person to the District Primary Education Officer by 06.00 hrs.

Remarks on approval / disapproval in the application should be followed and action should be taken as per order-6.
All the applications for approval / rejection in the District / Town Education Committee login given on the website to the concerned District Primary Education Officer / Govt. After the completion of the above work, the transfer order of the eligible primary teachers / teaching assistants will be prepared by the computer software as per the rules. Primary teachers / education assistants who have applied for transfer and are eligible for transfer as per the rules will have to get the print out of the transfer order manually from the website.
The Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to obtain print copies of the transfer orders and keep a file.
The District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to print and file the entire transfer orders.
The printed signature of the District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Of that district will be considered valid in the computerized transfer order.
Teachers will have to be careful enough to choose the dice code and the name of the school while selecting the school online, the transfer order made online as per the selection will not be canceled under any circumstances. Let the teachers know enough about it.
Before executing the transfer order, the Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to verify the transfer order and sign the transfer order. Transfer order will not be valid unless verified by Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt.
Taking into consideration the above details, after studying the resolutions dated 23/05/2012 and from time to time, the transfer of primary teacher / teaching assistant should be done through online computerized system. Upon completion of this procedure, as per the provisions of the resolution, from 01/04/2021 to 30/04/2021, the teacher will have to give the option of going to upper primary.
If the application for change of district division is pending after the option camp, those districts will have to take action regarding the district division camp. After that, as on 01/06/2021, the district transfer camp will have to be organized by 07/06/2021.
